and services necessary for a gracious lifestyle.
Exactly what is a Continuing Care Retirement Community?
Frasier Meadows enters into a Membership Agreement with its Members which provides
residence, health care and the use of the campus facilities and services for Life.
Members are assured emergency care and recuperative or long-term use of the Health
Care Center and its services.
Members have priority for admission to the Health Care Center
and Assisted Living Center and receive services at preferred rates.
What about the costs in Frasier Meadows Health Care Center?
When you become a Frasier Meadows Member, each apartment receives 30 days per year
at the Health Care Center in a semi-private room at no additional cost.
During the 30-day recuperative period in the Health Care Center,
the Member continues to pay only his monthly apartment charge. After 30 days, the Member
continues to pay his apartment charge and a reduced daily rate in the Health Care Center.
When a Member releases his apartment and requires permanent residence
in the Health Care Center, his monthly charge becomes the preferred rate for Members.
What happens to a Member's apartment if he moves to the Assisted Living
or Health Care Center?
If the Member is a single occupant, the residence will be made available for re-occupancy.
If there are two occupants, the remaining Member's monthly charge changes to the
single-occupancy rate.
Can I afford Frasier Meadows?
Frasier Meadows is not for everyone. However, most middle and upper-middle income people
can afford the continuing care.
It is important to remember how much is included in the fees at Frasier Meadows.
Many items that you pay for now will be covered when you become a Member:
