If you want spacious surroundings and a sense of comfort, ease and grace... a setting
where you feel perfectly at home... the company of friends and neighbors... services and amenities to make your
life simpler and more enjoyable, then Frasier Meadows is for you.
Still going strong.
In 1960 the founders of Frasier Meadows avowed that the values of life in all seasons are
precious; that the elder years are meant to be lived with meaning and celebration. Frasier
Meadows was founded to fulfill that promise.
In four decades the campus has grown to include independent living, assisted
living, Alzheimer's and skilled nursing care, as well as respite and rehabilitation care.
With this continuum of care comes the peace of mind of knowing your long-term wellness
issues will be addressed thoughtfully, while maintaining the same strengthening relationships
that mean so much to you.
More than a little Boulder.
Boulder residents are always glad to see so many familiar faces from Boulder at Frasier
Meadows and appreciate the fact that they can continue to enjoy their Boulder lifestyle.
If you are new to Boulder, Frasier Meadows is nestled in a mature residential neighborhood,
next to Thunderbird park and lake, with panoramic views of the Flatirons and the entire front
range. The campus is just minutes from the experience of downtown Boulder, the cultural
programs of Chautuaqua Park and the University of Colorado, and the convenience of the
Meadows Shopping Center. Boulder has long been a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts, with hiking
trails, biking paths, tennis courts and golf courses sprinkled throughout. (Boulder averages
over 300 sunny days a year!) You don't have to leave the campus to enjoy the outdoors as
our own courtyards and gardens offer the revitalizing power of nature right at home.
Neighbors, Friends, Family.
For over four decades, the good people that live at Frasier Meadows have been active
participants in creating our community. The programs and activities are as interesting
and varied as the people that inspired fostered them. There are currently over 250 different,
clubs, committees, social and recreational activities that are part of the ever-growing
community experience at Frasier Meadows. From gardening to golfing, writing to woodworking,
movies to massage, pilates to pet therapy, Frasier Meadows has a well-established,
enriching environment that only time could have created.
The not-for-profit difference.
Frasier Meadows is a not-for-profit, mission-driven community.
The comfort and needs of the residents come first, with no obligation to stockholders
or individual owners. That translates directly into life-style amenities like spacious
greenbelts and gardens, wide hallways, and thousands of square feet(the library, woodshop,
clothing store, craftsroom, greenhouse, to name a few) dedicated to the quality of life
of the people that live at Frasier.
